Fixposition AG in Schlieren is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist for a 60% role in a startup environment. You will work with our R&D team to shape how we talk about our autonomous sensing technology and ensure our messaging lands with buyers and decision-makers.

You’ll produce web copy, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social content using AI, manage our digital presence, and run events while supporting the sales process and coordinating with the China team.

Qualifikationen

• Technically fluent with R&D conversations; engineering, robotics, sensors, or CS background a plus.
• Strong writer in English; German is a plus.
• AI-native: daily use of modern AI tools and a clear point of view on their value.
• Comfortable in HubSpot and building lightweight automations; basic scripting or SQL is a bonus.
• Familiar with a modern B2B marketing stack (CRM, LinkedIn, design and web tools).
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• B2B tech experience in sensors, robotics, mobility, or deep tech is a plus.
• Organized and action-oriented.
• Valid permit to work in Switzerland required.

• Positioning and messaging with R&D and product.
• Content production: web copy, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social assets using AI tools.
• Drive LinkedIn and thought-leadership presence; improve discoverability across search.
• Plan and execute tradeshows, industry events, and webinars.
• Marketing operations: lightweight automations in HubSpot and related tools.
• Use AI to synthesize market signals into clear recommendations.
• Prepare sales materials, RFP responses, and inbound-lead qualification.
• Coordinate go-to-market with China team for localized materials.
• Measure and iterate on campaign performance and content visibility.
