Introduction

To support our team in Zurich, we are looking for a Marketing & AI Intern (m/f/d) at 40-60%, ideally alongside your studies, to start as soon as possible.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys marketing but is equally excited about technology, AI tools and finding smarter ways of working.

About the role

Do you enjoy testing new tools, figuring out how AI can save time, and turning ideas into practical solutions?

We are a small, fast-moving team where you can make a visible impact from day one. Marketing is a core part of the role, but we are equally interested in somebody who is curious about automation, AI and digital workflows.

Management provides the strategy, topics and messaging. Your role is to turn these into professional, engaging content while helping us explore new technologies that improve the way we work, recruit and communicate.

About the position

You will:

• Produce and schedule LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, videos and campaign assets
• Create visual content and marketing materials using tools such as Canva and AI-powered design platforms
• Transform ideas, meeting notes and briefings into publication-ready content in German and English
• Maintain and improve website content, SEO basics and our job board
• Support the implementation and testing of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and other emerging technologies
• Research and experiment with new software, automations and productivity tools
• Help optimize marketing and recruiting workflows through technology and automation
• Track content and campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support CRM data quality and digital process improvements
• Maintain our content calendar and digital asset library

About you

You are curious, tech-savvy and enjoy learning new tools. When you come across a repetitive task, your first thought is often: "There must be a smarter way to do this."

You have:

• Ongoing studies (or a recently completed degree) in marketing, business, communications, media, information systems or a related field
• Native or near-native German and fluent English
• Strong digital affinity and genuine interest in technology and AI
• Experience with or enthusiasm for tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, Notion, Airtable or similar platforms
• Confidence learning new software independently and experimenting with new technologies
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and digital marketing
• Availability of 40-60%, with at least two fixed days per week in our Zurich office
• A proactive mindset and willingness to test ideas, challenge processes and find improvements
