METTLER TOLEDO seeks a Product Manager for Melting Point & Dropping Point at our global headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, Switzerland. You will manage an established product family, driving sales growth in an international, matrix organisation.

You will lead lifecycle management, develop market-ready tools, and collaborate with R&D to deliver portfolio initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Science, Engineering or a related field (e.g. Chemistry).
• 3 years of relevant work experience in product management or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across functions.

Aufgaben

• Own the full product lifecycle for Melting Point and Dropping Point portfolio.
• Drive promotion of solutions with a value-selling approach.
• Develop sales and marketing tools to enable effective execution.
• Plan and execute sales trainings, events and market introductions.
• Identify growth opportunities with market organizations based on segment and application knowledge.
• Act as internal and external product expert supporting sales and customers.
• Develop market requirements, define vision and business case, and drive product development with R&D.
