METTLER TOLEDO, a global leader in precision instruments, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer 100% located at our headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, near Zurich, Switzerland. You will join the AutoChem unit to design and evolve software across reactor platforms, web and desktop tools, and data workflows.

You will work in a modern agile environment with international teams, owning technical areas, mentoring colleagues, and delivering reliable software against demanding real-world requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in C# / .NET and modern software practices.
• Experience with hardware- or embedded-system-integrated software including hardware abstraction and protocols.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and maintain software across the product portfolio with focus on quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate evolving requirements into robust solutions.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in the team.
• Work with distributed teams across locations and time zones.
• Take ownership of technical areas and provide transparency and progress tracking.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards across the team.
