Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or consumable product development is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Manage the lifecycle of the Plastic Consumables portfolio (Pipette tips and reservoirs), including product strategy, roadmap planning, pricing, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Utilize knowledge of Plastics and laboratory processes to identify customer requirements and ensure we address evolving needs.
• Conduct customer visits to gather insights and identify areas for product improvement, ensuring our solutions exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and guide product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new products and accessories for emerging life science trends.
• Support the creation of marketing content to promote and support our consumables line.
• Define and track business objectives, sales performance, and profitability of the consumables portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage product launches and provide training and support to the sales organization.
