Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level technical or natural sciences background with commercial training or MBA/marketing education.
• Proven track record in international sales of capital goods, ideally in pharma, chemical, or food industries.
• Affinity for technology and technical products with commercial aptitude.
• Ability to communicate across teams with diverse cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written English and German; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Market Organizations and General Agencies to promote and sell process analytics systems.
• Drive and implement marketing and sales strategies; develop rolling business plans for assigned countries.
• Develop and review a Business Plan with the MO to help meet financial targets.
• Coach and support Field Sales Force during customer visits; leverage sales collateral.
• Contribute input on product marketing, quality, and development.
