Zusammenfassung

Richemont in the Geneva region seeks a Product Development Product Owner to lead backlog and align with CAD/PLM, agile practices and cross-functional teams.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage product adoption, and drive improvements across the group transformation with a focus on customer value and ROI.

Masters degree preferred; English required; 5–10 years in product development with CAD/PLM experience expected.

Qualifikationen

5–10 years of product development experience.
Experience with PLM systems, preferably PTC Windchill.
Strong CAD/PLM integration knowledge.
Master’s degree in business or engineering.
Excellent business acumen and customer orientation.
Proficient in English (mandatory).

Aufgaben

Refine product backlog based on business value or ROI.
Partner with Technology teams to translate vision into implementation.
Align with cross-functional teams to manage product dependencies.
Ensure technologies match business requirements from stakeholders.
Responsible for product adoption, training, and documentation.
Support change management and share best practices.
Regularly update on product evolution and its impact on Richemont’s vision.
