Zusammenfassung

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Product Development Product Owner to drive CAD/PLM-enabled product development across the Group Maisons. You will refine the product backlog, collaborate with technology teams, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies to deliver business value.

The role requires 5–10 years in product development, strong knowledge of CAD/PLM ecosystems, and a Master’s degree. Fluent English is mandatory, with experience in change management and agile practices.

Qualifikationen

5–10 years of experience in product development with CAD/PLM background.
Experience with CAD/PLM integration and data flows from design to manufacturing.
Master’s degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Aufgaben

Maintain and refine product backlog based on business value and ROI.
Partner with Technology teams to translate product vision into implementation.
Align with cross-functional teams to manage cross-product dependencies.
Ensure technologies meet business requirements from stakeholders (Maisons, Functions, Regions).
Lead or support initiatives to improve product development flow and introduce new tools.
