Richemont is seeking a senior Manufacturing Controlling professional based in Bellevue, near Geneva, to lead monthly close, cost analysis, and reporting for the W&J industrial perimeter. You will harmonize costing definitions and support finance with reliable data and insightful dashboards.

In this role you will drive cross‑functional projects, consolidate budgets and reforecasts, and optimize processes using SAP FI/CO, Power Query/Power Pivot, Looker, and advanced Excel.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing/industrial controlling, audit, FP&A, or project finance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost elements, standard costing, variance analysis, and industrial P&L structures.
• Excel expert with advanced analytical capabilities.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and consolidation tools; Power Query/Power Pivot/Looker valued.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly financial closing and reporting for the W&J industrial perimeter.
• Contribute to consolidation and analytical review of budgets and reforecasts.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc cost analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure data reliability and automation within the data model; support digital reporting.
