• Extensive experience leading complex business and digital transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in program and project management methodologies, with business case development & benefits realization.
• Cross‑domain understanding across business, technology, data, finance and change.
• Exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain processes (desirable).
• Strong decision leadership and trust-building across diverse stakeholders.
• Clear, impactful communication and change management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking, execution, and an analytical, pragmatic approach.
• Fluency in English and French.

• Lead strategic leadership and stakeholder management across Maison and Group levels.
• Ensure program governance, progress monitoring and issue resolution.
• Define program scope, roadmap and success metrics; align with target operating models.
• Coordinate multiple cross‑functional projects, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Drive change management, training and sponsorship to ensure adoption of new processes.
