Aufgaben

Lead development of innovative plumbing systems from concept to market launch.
Manage innovation projects and act as Technical Lead through Stage-Gate.
Drive cost optimization for products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sales & Applications.
Support IP activities and ensure documentation meets standards.
