Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain transformation, shared services, GBS, or operating model design.
• Strong expertise in GCCs or shared services procurement design and optimization.
• Proven track record supporting GBS/SSC implementations and large ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, service delivery models and knowledge transfer.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in consulting environments; familiarity with AI-enabled process documentation tools; life sciences/CDMO exposure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design of GCC Source-to-Pay procurement processes aligned with global standards and ERP templates.
• Define future-state operating models and foster collaboration between Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams and stakeholders.
• Drive procurement design workshops and embed requirements in cross-functional decisions and transformations.
• Review, validate, and govern procurement documentation, workflows, SOPs, and AI outputs for readiness.
• Support transition and service readiness with training materials and Day-1 capabilities.
• Establish and monitor service performance frameworks: SLAs, KPIs, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Identify automation and digital enablement to deliver scalable procurement operations.
