Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems lifecycles (PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES).
• Proven track record negotiating complex equipment, software licensing and service contracts.
• Experience supporting CAPEX and technology projects with focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• GMP exposure beneficial in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Switzerland, Europe and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the Automation Procurement category strategy across manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT/OT, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Lead high-value commercial negotiations and framework agreements with major automation OEMs and system integrators.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership across equipment and software lifecycles, including upgrades and spare parts.
• Lead project procurement activities for CAPEX, facility expansion and technology initiatives from design to commissioning.
• Contribute to benchmarking, process standardisation and technology consolidation across site networks.
• Manage single-source dependency risks and oversee vendor performance for continuity and compliance.
