We're looking for a Process Lead Technical Services.

Duration: open-ended.

Process Lead responsible for digitalization, asset management support, and process improvement within Technical Services (TS). Acts as a data owner and analyst, driving insights and ensuring proper management of TS systems and processes (incl. KTP/KMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digitalization initiatives and support Asset Management activities
• Drive Technical Services process improvements and standardization
• Act as Data Owner & Analyst for TS (reporting, dashboards, insights – Power BI)
• Manage KTP/KMS (Knowledge & Risk Management) processes within TS
• Support cross-functional coordination and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Requirements

Must Have

• Fluent English
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and process optimization
• Strong analytical skills (Power BI)
• Experience with SAP (Maintenance module)
• French is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Project Management / CI certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, CAPM)
