Job summary

LimmaTech Biologics AG, a Swiss clinical stage biopharmaceutical company and Eli Lilly subsidiary, seeks a Preclinical Bioassay Scientist (80-100%) to develop and qualify immunological and cell-based assays for vaccine projects. The job is in Schlieren (ZH), near Zürich.

You will work with ELISA, MSD, flow cytometry, neutralization assays, and imaging platforms to generate robust preclinical data, maintain documentation, and report findings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in immunology or related life sciences.
• 3-5 years of preclinical research experience with assay development and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in ELISA, MSD, flow cytometry, cytokine staining, multiplex assays, and neutralization assays.
• Experience with microscopy and imaging platforms (Cytation) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, qualify, and troubleshoot immunological and cell-based assays for vaccine development.
• Generate high-quality preclinical data using flow cytometry, microscopy, and multiplex assays.
• Ensure assay robustness with proper controls, acceptance criteria, and data quality standards.
• Analyze and report experimental data to support vaccine candidate selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external labs to transfer and qualify assays.
