Job summary

Helvetic Payroll in Basel, Switzerland, seeks an experienced PMO Support Analyst to back a large-scale transformation and carve-out programme in an international business environment. The role provides operational and coordination support to the Programme Management Office and newly onboarded Project Managers, contributing to governance, reporting, planning, RAID management, and financial tracking.

This temporary assignment requires someone who can become operational quickly after onboarding;

Qualifications

• Multiple years of PMO, programme coordination or project support experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Project Managers or workstreams.
• Desirable experience in complex transformation, separation or carve-out programmes.
• Strong knowledge of governance, reporting, planning and RAID management.
• Experience creating dashboards and status reports.
• Good financial and resource tracking knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and become operational quickly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support governance activities, including steering committees, boards and workstream meetings.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes and action logs; consolidate status reports and dashboards.
• Track decisions and follow up on actions; assist with leadership briefings and presentations.
• Coordinate planning across multiple workstreams; maintain integrated plans and milestones.
• Monitor progress against deliverables; escalate delays, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain RAID logs and support risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
• Support stakeholder engagement and programme communications.
• Assist with budget and financial tracking; maintain resource plans and onboarding/offboarding records.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date and accessible; support quality management.
