Job summary

Swisslinx AG in Zurich seeks an experienced PMO/Project Coordinator to support finance change initiatives. You will help plan, track milestones and manage governance across the CFO transformation program, coordinating business requirements and senior reporting.

You will liaise with stakeholders across finance and delivery teams, manage risks and dependencies, and prepare updates for leadership. Hybrid work is offered in a modern Zurich office.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in PMO, project coordination or transformation delivery.
• Strong project planning and governance skills.
• Experience preparing clear reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies.

About The Customer

Supporting the team lead, you will help coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across the CFO function. You will bring structure to planning, requirements, governance and reporting, helping stakeholders stay aligned throughout design, build and testing.

The portfolio spans areas including Treasury, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Pricing, Product Control, Tax and financial data.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in PMO, project coordination or transformation delivery, with evidence of managing multiple activities and priorities.
• Strong project planning, requirements coordination and governance skills.
• Experience preparing clear, accurate reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and follow-through.
• A structured, analytical and collaborative approach.
• Experience in a bank, ideally working in Fianance or CFO area.
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
