Zusammenfassung

Rothschild & Co is seeking a Platform Delivery & Project Manager to coordinate IT infrastructure, workplace platforms, and cloud initiatives across Switzerland and international sites. You will drive strategic projects, collaborate with senior management, and ensure delivery aligned with business objectives.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, including architecture, security and external partners, while traveling as needed to Wealth Management locations.

Qualifikationen

• PM experience in the financial or IT industry.
• Strong technical understanding of modern IT infrastructure and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud, ITSM tooling and workplace technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex infrastructure, workplace and cloud transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies; report to senior management.
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization, esp. Microsoft Azure.
• Align stakeholders across teams including security, architecture and vendors.
• Oversee risk, issue resolution and governance throughout projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security requirements are met.
• Lead change management, user adoption and training for new solutions.
• Handover delivered solutions to operations with proper documentation and ownership.
