Zusammenfassung

Rothschild & Co. is seeking a Platform Delivery & Project Manager to coordinate infrastructure, cloud and workplace transformations across the Wealth Management division.

You will manage cross‑functional stakeholders, drive Azure migrations, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business outcomes. The role requires senior PM experience, German and English communication skills, and the ability to travel for international project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in information technology, engineering, or related field.
• IPMA Level C, ITIL Managing Professional or similar certifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex infrastructure, workplace, cloud and technology transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies with regular reporting to senior management and steering committees.
• Help drive public cloud adoption, migration and modernization initiatives, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
• Drive alignment, prioritisation and decision‑making across stakeholders, project delivery teams, platform engineering, architecture, security, and external partners.
• Manage relationships with internal Swiss and international stakeholders, external vendors and consulting partners.
• Oversee risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security requirements and internal policies.
• Drive change management including communication, user adoption, training, and operational readiness.
• Ensure successful handover of delivered solutions into operational support with documentation and ownership.
