Zusammenfassung

Rothschild & Co is seeking a Third-Party Risk Analyst to join the global Procurement and TPRM team in Switzerland. You will perform end-to-end due diligence, manage data, and support onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of third parties across the region.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance, ensure regulatory reporting, and help maintain audit-ready data while participating in cross-border initiatives within the EMEA scope.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Early-career with some experience in Third-Party Risk, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or related area.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data quality and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct end-to-end due diligence for applicable third parties and perform screening checks.
• Submit risk surveys to third parties and assess survey results.
• Escalate key findings to relevant teams for investigation and approval.
• Communicate due diligence requirements to sponsors and third parties.
• Monitor periodic reviews of third-party due diligence and maintain data accuracy.
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders across regions.
• Support offboarding and termination due-diligence activities.
