Pi Imaging Technology - a Zeiss company is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge customers and the technical team, supporting the full product lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales assistance and helping integrate SPAD-based imaging products into customer systems.

You will collaborate with research institutions and industry partners to present detector solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation, while representing the company at trade shows and technical meetings.

Qualifikationen

• M.Sc. in physics, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Relevant experience in technical sales, field applications, or product engineering.

Aufgaben

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including product presentations and demonstrations to research and industrial customers.
• Understand customer applications and propose suitable detector solutions.
• Contribute to post-sales support, including troubleshooting and software/firmware setup.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to engineering for product development.
• Support documentation and training materials for customers.
• Represent Pi Imaging at trade shows, workshops, and meetings when required.
