IC Resources is seeking a Senior Photonics System Architect to join our Zurich-based R&D team on site. The role focuses on designing optical on-chip communication systems and leading ISO-compliant requirements management for PIC technologies.

You will benchmark RM tools, collaborate with design and test teams, and apply advanced photonics platforms to deliver robust, measurable results in a fast-moving R&D environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in RF and optical system design for PICs, with ISO-compliant requirements management.
• Experience with integrated photonics platforms (TFLN, SiPh, SiN, InP or related).
• Proficiency with listed photonics design tools and PLM-based RM.

• Design optical on-chip communication systems.
• Define and implement RM methods for PIC technology.
• Benchmark and select requirements management tools using PLM systems.
• Collaborate with R&D teams from design to optical testing and characterization.
