Zusammenfassung

Lightium AG is seeking a Photonics Account Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding through delivery and after-sales expansion. You will coordinate with R&D and Operations, manage multiple runs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires advanced photonics/engineering knowledge, 3–7 years in technical sales, and flexibility for travel across international tradeshows and customer sites.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Photonics, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 3–7 years in technical sales, account management, or project management in semiconductor or photonics.
• Experience in foundry/contract manufacturing is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead major customer engagements from kickoff to delivery and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with R&D and Operations; maintain CRM records and run status updates.
• Design, document, and optimize internal processes and SOPs for scalable customer journeys.
