Zusammenfassung

Optotune seeks a Business Development Manager to align market needs with innovative optical solutions. You will identify opportunities, shape future products and work with sales to drive sustainable growth and create real customer value.

You will travel internationally, build strategic partnerships, conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies and marketing content. Fluency in English and German is preferred, with MSc or equivalent in a technical field as a baseline.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or equivalent in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics/photonics or machine vision.
• Excellent knowledge of English; good knowledge of German; other languages advantageous.

• Strategic development of Optotune’s business in the imaging market.
• Identification of customer pain points and where Optotune can add real value.
• Development of strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players.
• Market research & definition of new products.
• Acquisition of new customers worldwide.
• Creation of business plans, go-to-market strategies, sales & training materials
• Content creation for marketing materials
• Participation in trade shows
