Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to support material compliance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment for a 12-month project in the Lucerne region. You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing and Technical Transfer to ensure timely and compliant material availability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field, with 3+ years in supply chain, quality, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, quality, or compliance in pharma/ biotech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage supplier and material records in supplier qualification systems.
• Assess supplier- and site-driven material changes and coordinate quality change controls.
• Support supplier qualification activities and coordinate supplier audits for new vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and service.
• Develop material specifications and support material qualification processes.
• Coordinate material release schedules for production.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing and Technical Transfer on material selection and implementation.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and are available per timelines.
• Support investigations, risk assessments, and change controls for quality compliance.
• Contribute to process optimization across the supply chain.
