Job summary

Randstad Switzerland, on behalf of an international pharma company based in the canton of Lucerne, seeks an Associate Supply Chain Specialist, Material Compliance. You will collaborate with site supply chain, quality, tech transfer, procurement and manufacturing to ensure compliant material flows.

The role focuses on material qualification, supplier coordination, change control, and scheduling to meet production needs, with hybrid home office options and a one-year assignment, with extension

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy or science or 3+ years in relevant field
• Experience in quality operations/compliance or supporting supply chain in pharma
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supply chain records in qualification system
• Assess material changes and drive quality change control
• Build relationships with suppliers to deliver value for the site
• Create material specifications for qualification and releases
• Coordinate material release schedules for on-time availability
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for material ID and supplier selection
• Ensure material sourcing meets required quality grades for clinical manufacturing
• Place POs in line with lead times to meet production schedules
• Ensure planning meets schedule, safety, quality and cost metrics
• Support quality/compliance issues through investigations and risk assessments
• Propose and plan quality improvement projects
