Zusammenfassung

ALTEN seeks a Senior CAPEX Planner for a major capital program in Switzerland. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules for large-scale CAPEX projects within a GMP-regulated environment, spanning from early design through commissioning and start-up.

You will lead schedule planning, perform critical path analyses, monitor progress, and deliver dashboards and KPIs to multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, CQV, and Project Management.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of project planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience on complex industrial CAPEX projects exceeding CHF 200 million.
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6.
• Proven experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience managing integrated schedules across multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across the full project lifecycle.
• Create and manage baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and deviations.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis.
• Support forecasting and schedule recovery plans.
• Facilitate planning workshops with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, CQV, and Project Management teams.
• Produce schedule dashboards, progress reports, KPIs, and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure schedule quality, governance, and compliance with project control standards.
• Support project decision-making through planning insights and schedule analysis.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value pharmaceutical projects, supporting project delivery from early design phases through commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules for large-scale CAPEX projects within a GMP-regulated environment.

Required Qualifications
