Sword Group is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to join our Bern office as an Account Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist for the German-speaking region of Switzerland. You will grow business, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with our central Recruitment Team to match client needs with top IT talent.

The role requires experience in IT services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and native-level German with good French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Several years in IT services, ideally in account management, recruitment or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to match client needs with talent.
• Interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation.
• Native-level German; good French and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of key accounts and long-term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and expand Sword’s market presence in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Translate client requirements into recruitment briefs and work with central Recruitment Team.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract signature.
• Identify, assess, and attract qualified IT professionals for client projects.
• Provide end-to-end candidate support from recruitment through onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sword teams and nearshore/offshore delivery centers.
