Omnilex is building an AI-native law firm and needs an Office & People Coordinator to keep the Zurich office running, support recruiting, and nurture culture from day one.

You’ll work side by side with the Chief of Staff, our recruiter and the founders, gaining real ownership and learning HR in an AI-first environment. German and English fluency are required, plus a Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship. You are in the office at least four days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Manage Zurich office day-to-day operations and vendor relations.
• Run end-to-end recruiting, from outreach to interview scheduling.
• Orchestrate onboarding, events, and team activities.
