Omnilex is seeking a senior role to drive firm-wide rollouts within Swiss law firms. You will own key accounts from pilot to full deployment, sitting inside client workflows and shaping the product roadmap with lawyers and engineers.

You’ll bridge law practice with product direction, gather prioritized feedback, and champion adoption across French-speaking Switzerland—while maintaining a high-autonomy, high-impact stance.

Qualifikationen

• Legal background with law degree or equivalent experience.
• Understand how decisions get made inside law firms.
• Comfortable in client meetings and product syncs with engineers.
• Own outcomes, not just activities.
• Structured, persistent, and able to move slow-moving institutions forward.
• Precise communicator trusted by lawyers and engineers.
• Fluency in French and English; Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.

Aufgaben

• Turn key accounts into firm-wide rollouts.
• Own the testing and rollout process at our most strategic accounts in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Consult law firms on how to integrate Omnilex into their actual workflows.
• Identify blockers and remove them one by one.
• Be the expert in the room and run working sessions with lawyers to demonstrate Omnilex fits their practice.
• Explain new features in legal terms and translate client needs into product direction.
