Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Swiss Law, or related field.
• Native/Fluent French and English (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Good understanding of Swiss labor law and work permit categories preferred.
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects end-to-end with little supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own internship programme revamp and employee experience benchmarking.
• Design end-to-end intern lifecycle: onboarding, mid-term checks, offboarding.
• Measure intern satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Review Swiss contracts and standardize contract types; streamline visa processes.
• Develop Alumni strategy and engagement channels.
• Map contractor lifecycle and propose workflow automations.
