Job summary

Logitech in Lausanne is seeking a proactive People & Culture Project Management Intern for a 6-month on-site hybrid internship. You will own high-impact strategic initiatives with mentorship from senior leadership, bridging compliance, employee experience and talent community engagement.

You will revamp the internship programme, map the end-to-end lifecycle, review Swiss contracts and visas, design an alumni branding program, and map contractor processes with automation.

Qualifications

• Education: Recent Master’s or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Swiss Law or related field.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken & written) mandatory.
• Swiss market knowledge: Basic understanding of Swiss labor law principles & work permit categories preferred.
• Project ownership: Ability to take initiative and execute end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact strategic initiatives at Lausanne site.
• Audit internship framework and benchmark against Swiss standards.
• Design end-to-end intern lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Review and standardize Swiss contracts (full-time, part-time, student, hourly).
• Streamline visa/work permit processes for EU and non-EU employees.
