International-School-of-Zug-and-Luzern (ISZL) seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support approximately 320 staff across two campuses. You will provide operational HR support, partner with line managers, and help attract and retain exceptional talent.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR BP or generalist/specialist experience with recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong customer service orientation with hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with data/AI and wellbeing initiatives is an advantage; payroll topics experience helpful.
• Proven ability to coach people and manage dynamic HR challenges.
• Working knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security, and HR best practices in Switzerland.
• Fluent English and strong German (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Employee relations: handle complex cases, including conflict resolution, investigations, and grievances.
• Counsel line managers on Swiss labour law and FTE allocation.
• Talent acquisition: end-to-end recruitment and coordination of interviews and offers.
• HR administration: contracts, records, systems, and queries across the employee lifecycle.
• Policy management: develop and update HR policies in line with Swiss law.
• Process improvement: map and streamline HR processes for clarity and consistency.
• HR systems: contribute to data-informed HR processes and system enhancements.
• Data, insights & AI: support HR reporting and responsible AI adoption.
• Onboarding & relocation: support onboarding and international relocation, housing, and registration.
