Qualifikationen

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or similar quantitative field.
• Qualified actuary (Actuary SAA) or equivalent.
• Experience in actuarial roles in insurance or consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Directly lead client projects such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds or valuations.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects from proposals, contracting, delivery to invoicing.
• Business development: identification of business ideas and opportunities, generation of new business with internal and external clients.
• Participate and lead thought leadership.
• All aspects of the employee lifecycle from finding, acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions.
