Job summary

Deloitte Switzerland is seeking a skilled actuarial professional to join the team in Zurich. You will be the main contact for pension topics, lead diverse client projects, and drive the full project lifecycle from proposals to invoicing.

Qualifications

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or similar quantitative field.
• Qualified actuary (Actuary SAA) or equivalent.
• Experience in actuarial roles in insurance or consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Directly lead client projects such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds or valuations.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects from proposals, contracting, delivery to invoicing.
• Business development: identification of business ideas and opportunities, generation of new business with internal and external clients.
• Participate and lead thought leadership.
• All aspects of the employee lifecycle from finding, acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions.
