Zurich Insurance is seeking a Group Actuarial professional to deepen insights and promote sustainable growth for life KPIs, shaping future-state reporting and analytics across the Group. This role involves blending actuarial expertise with process innovation and stakeholder coordination to deliver standardised, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Business Units, Group Actuarial, and Group Risk Management to define operating models, translate needs into requirements, and drive adoption

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of post-qualification Life actuary experience in reserving, reporting or modelling.
• Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders across geographies and drive topics to conclusions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear IT-ready requirements.
• Experience in data analytics, data management and data visualization.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms; Databricks and cloud environments are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive Life reporting and analytics across the Group, pursuing standardisation and efficiency.
• Define the target operating model and future-state processes across Group Actuarial and Group Risk.
• Translate business needs into requirements, documenting governance and implementation specifications.
• Coordinate testing, transition and adoption of new capabilities with actuarial, risk and finance teams.
• Enhance analytical capabilities and self-service reporting for stakeholders across the Group.
