Job summary

Nestlé in Vevey, Switzerland, is seeking a Junior Corporate Pension Actuary to support pension plan design evolution, governance and reliable reporting across our global operations. You will collaborate with corporate actuaries, HR teams, local markets and pension funds to deliver scalable post-employment solutions.

You will monitor pension metrics, contribute to IAS19 calculations for group reporting, and help develop standards for post-employment benefits while growing your actuarial expertise

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in actuarial science and practical knowledge of international pension consulting, pension accounting and post‑employment benefits.
• A first experience in actuarial valuations, funding, accounting and financial reporting. Asset management and benefit administration exposure is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and adapt messages to different stakeholders.
• Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring pension metrics, projecting and reporting on a monthly basis.
• Contributing to IAS19 calculations for Group reporting and actuarial studies (plan changes, ALM study, funding valuations).
• Supporting the development of standards and guidelines for post-employment benefits and their implementation.
• Collaborating with Human Resources, Markets, and Pension funds in the design and management of their pensions.
• Supporting the selection and monitoring of local actuarial consultants, benefit administrators and insurers for risk transfers.
• Participating in de‑risking projects.
