EPAM Systems in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager – Insurance Domain to lead end-to-end delivery for key insurance clients in a hybrid setup.

You will guide AI-enabled delivery, ensure governance and compliance across engagements, and collaborate with account management, business development, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in consulting or IT service delivery management, including at least 3 years in the Insurance domain.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools (LLM APIs, coding assistants, agentic AI frameworks) to real delivery work.
• Strong capability to identify and quantify AI use cases while navigating risk, compliance, and data governance in Insurance contexts.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile delivery, and practical project delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and IT Service Management processes.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English and German or French.

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery for client projects/programs, ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards
• Manage client relationships at multiple levels, define expectations, and mitigate delivery risks proactively
• Promote AI-driven delivery enablement within teams to improve SDLC efficiency and overall productivity
• Identify, scope, and structure high-value AI use cases in Insurance and develop adoption roadmaps
• Translate AI capabilities into clear delivery outcomes, adjusting estimation models and team structures
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technical teams, ensuring timely escalation and risk handling
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, product owners, and QA teams to craft realistic project estimations and delivery plans
• Support business development by preparing proposals, SOWs, and representing delivery leadership during pre‑sales and contracting phases
• Contribute to domain expertise growth by sharing best practices internally and with clients, maintaining continuous professional development

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager – Insurance Domain to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland, in a hybrid working mode.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery for key insurance clients, working closely with account management and business development to ensure successful execution of complex engagements. This position combines delivery management responsibilities with AI-first leadership, leveraging advanced tools to optimize SDLC processes and enable measurable business value in a regulated industry. You will act as a trusted advisor in Insurance, guiding clients toward practical AI adoption while ensuring robust governance and compliance across engagements.

Responsibilities
