Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to senior staff in coordinating PCT promotional, outreach and training activities (in-person and online).
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, track deadlines and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate preparation and translation of seminar documents and maintain master slides/files.
• Assist with travel, visa and security arrangements for speakers and staff.
• Collect feedback from participants and consolidate results for improvements.
• Create and maintain databases in SharePoint and contact lists of organizers and participants.
• Assist in developing proposals for audio/visual aids and promotional material.
• Liaise with other WIPO units, suppliers and external counterparts for smooth information flow.
• Identify and propose adjustments to procedures to streamline actions.
• Support the growth of PCT and other WIPO services.
• Perform other related duties as required.
