Qualifikationen

• Essential: At least seven years of relevant experience, three in an IP office or similar environment.
• Supervising a large team experience.
• Formalities examination of patent applications experience.
• Experience in customer service and training.
• Experience with customer experience management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and at least one PCT publication language.
• Knowledge of other PCT publication languages.

Aufgaben

• Lead, plan and control the team's work with priorities and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Lead client advising activities and develop client communication strategies.
• Organize and perform training for target clients and align with client needs.
• Advise team on complex issues; develop training plans for staff.
• Manage team staff, conflict prevention and absence management; evaluate staff performance.
• Collaborate with PCT Operations Service Heads to engage with users and authorities.
• Provide routine reports to Service Heads on team and individual performance.
• Foster a harmonious, motivated work environment and professional responsibilities.
• Participate in seminars and missions as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
