Job summary

Givaudan is seeking a Product Manager for Payroll and Rewards to oversee evolution and performance of digital payroll and rewards products. You will coordinate delivery aligned with the HR IT product strategy and report to the HR IT Product Line Manager.

You will lead market research, roadmaps, stakeholder management, and backlog governance, driving high‑quality features while ensuring security and GDPR compliance across our global HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years working in an IT environment.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll and Rewards processes and solutions.
• Excellent functional and technical knowledge of SAP Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors.
• Product management tooling and best practices (JIRA), including Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Market research and analysis of trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Define product roadmap with business and IT partners, aligning goals.
• Stakeholder management: translate requirements into viable solutions with attention to security and GDPR.
• Oversee product backlog, governance, metrics, and feature prioritization.
• Align team execution with product strategy and foster an outcome‑driven mindset.
• Analyze assets usage and mobilize resources for relevant activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to define metrics for value delivery.
