Xapply in Switzerland seeks a Senior Staff Engineer – Payments to be the first technical lead in a new Payments squad. You will shape architecture and engineering standards for a rapidly scaling platform, own the squad's technical direction and delivery outcomes, and stay close to the code while guiding the team through complex challenges.

You will transform an existing payments service into robust infrastructure capable of supporting growth and high transaction volumes, improve payment accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payments squad's technical direction and delivery outcomes.

• Remain close to code while tackling complex technical challenges with the team.
