Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner in Switzerland, is seeking a Fraud Analyst for a rapidly growing digital rewards platform. You will investigate fraud patterns, segment users, and help shape the signals and controls used to identify suspicious activity.

Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to adapt verification approaches across markets and contribute to efficient manual reviews, third-party tools, and ongoing fraud detection improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and influence detection decisions.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segmentation models, detection rules, or manual review processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and data gaps.
• Proficient in English for meetings, documentation, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine fraud signals to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users.
• Own the fraud-related segments within the user segmentation system and monitor how signals are interpreted.
• Analyze emerging fraud patterns and update detection rules and verification processes.
• Partner with product teams to improve verification approaches across markets (face verification, ID scanning, phone verification).
• Investigate cases flagged for manual review and streamline the process for efficiency and consistency.
• Identify gaps in signals and data sources and recommend relevant third-party tools or solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into practical fraud controls with cross-functional collaboration.
