Zusammenfassung

Sonova Group in Switzerland is seeking a Specialist Patent and Design Rights to administer, maintain and develop Sonova’s IP portfolio focusing on patents and design rights. You will combine technical IP expertise with software administration, workshop coordination and process support across R&D and IT teams, collaborating with inventors and external partners.

The role covers patent maintenance, FTO screenings, docketing, and coordination of cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

Technical background with a degree in Patent Engineering or equivalent.
Experience administering patent and design-right processes, internationally.
Ability to interpret patent claims and document technical relationships.

Aufgaben

Administer and enhance IP software tools and data quality.
Coordinate patent maintenance, FTO investigations and workshops.
Support patent and design-right administration, docketing and filings.
Maintain patent-to-product mappings and infringement documentation.
Assist invention disclosures and provide IP information to partners.
