Verisure is seeking a talented and commercially minded Group Patent Counsel to join its fast-growing Legal team in Geneva. You will protect, defend and manage Verisure's technical IP while closely collaborating with Technology and business leaders across the organization.

The role reports to the Group IP Director and involves advising on patents, utility models and registered designs, guiding invention disclosures, and coordinating with outside counsel to safeguard innovations across hardware,

Qualifikationen

• Qualified patent attorney with European and national qualifications.
• Experience advising across hardware, software and connectivity tech.
• Experience in fast-paced multinational environments and inventors’ collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage Verisure IP portfolio globally.
• Provide legal advice on patents, designs and trade secrets.
• Support invention harvesting and disclosure processes with R&D teams.
• Assist in IP strategy and governance across geographies.
