Visorway AG is an AI-native service company for Sourcing Advisory. As Partner Sourcing Advisory Europe, you will build Visorway services for sourcing advisory across European markets, focusing on deep sourcing expertise and turning judgment into repeatable services.

You will learn from client needs, build trusted relationships, and work with product, engineering, and the founding team to improve each service.

Our services support corporate teams, public institutions, and consulting firms with sourcing work such as tender documents, supplier research, bid evaluation, and negotiation preparation.

The role

As Partner Sourcing Advisory Europe, you will build Visorway services for sourcing advisory across European markets. Your core focus is deep sourcing expertise: understanding how decisions are made in practice and turning that judgment into useful, repeatable services.

You will also build trusted customer relationships, learn directly from their needs, and work with product, engineering, and the founding team to improve each service.

Your responsibilities

• Bring deep sourcing and procurement expertise into service concepts, methods, and quality standards
• Identify recurring customer needs and turn them into scalable Visorway services
• Lead or support customer conversations, discovery, and feedback loops across European markets
• Build relationships with senior experts, procurement leaders, and relevant partner networks
• Work with product and engineering to validate and continuously improve the services

Your profile

• Deep, proven experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or management consulting
• Strong understanding of European procurement environments and real customer decision-making
• Credibility with experts and customers, with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Commercial judgment, clear communication, and comfort working across business and technology
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus
