Visorway AG is an AI-native service company for Sourcing Advisory. Based in Zurich, you as Partner Supplier Relations will build Visorway services for supplier collaboration and performance, drawing on deep experience in supplier relationships, evaluation, governance, and development.

You will cultivate trusted relationships with procurement leaders and partners, work with product and engineering to improve the services, and help shape Visorway's portfolio while collaborating with the founders

Qualifikationen

• Deep, proven experience in supplier relations, procurement, supply chain or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of supplier evaluation, performance, governance, and collaboration.
• Credibility with customers and partners, with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Commercial judgment, clear communication, and comfort working across business and technology.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Bring deep supplier-relations expertise into service methods, frameworks, and quality standards.
• Identify recurring customer needs and turn them into scalable supplier-relations services.
• Lead or support customer conversations, discovery, and feedback on supplier decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with procurement leaders, suppliers, experts, and partner networks.
• Work with product and engineering to validate and continuously improve the services.
