Visorway AG, an AI-native service company for sourcing advisory, is seeking a Working Student in Business Development to help research markets, build relationships, and create opportunities for its AI-driven services. You will collaborate with the founding team and gain hands-on experience across research, outreach, partnerships, and early customer conversations.

You will research target organizations and stakeholders, support outreach and meeting prep, and help develop materials and messages.

The role

As a Working Student in Business Development, you will help us understand markets, build relationships, and create opportunities for Visorway's AI-native sourcing services.

You will work closely with the founding team and gain practical experience across research, outreach, partnerships, and early customer conversations.

Your responsibilities

• Research target organizations, markets, sourcing challenges, and relevant stakeholders
• Support account research, outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up
• Help develop clear materials and messages for Visorway's services
• Track market feedback and turn conversations into useful product and commercial insight
• Support partner and client pipeline work with structured documentation

Your profile

• Enrolled in business, economics, management, communication, or a related field
• Curious about B2B technology, consulting, procurement, and AI-native products
• Clear written and verbal communication with a structured, proactive working style
• Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and speaking with new people
• Fluent English and German; additional European languages are a plus
