Qualifikationen

• Deep, proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of category strategy, decision-making, and procurement operating models.
• Credibility with customers and experts, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Commercial judgment, clear communication, and comfort working across business and technology.
• Fluent English; German or another European language is a strong plus.

• Bring deep strategic sourcing expertise into service concepts, frameworks, and quality standards
• Identify recurring customer needs and turn them into scalable sourcing services
• Lead or support customer conversations, discovery, and feedback on procurement decisions

• Work with product and engineering to validate and continuously improve the services
