Partners Group in Baar, CH, is seeking a Junior Customer Care professional for 50% part-time work at the Zug Campus. You will support VIP Client Dining rooms, lunch operations, coffee/meeting services, and general hospitality for clients and colleagues.

The role offers a family-friendly part-time schedule with options for a 4-day week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 11:00–16:45) or a 5-day week (11:00–15:30), aiming to provide excellent work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or related service industry.
• Experience in guest-facing roles is advantageous.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent manners.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility; willing to work in a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional guest service in VIP Client Dining rooms.
• Support lunch service in the restaurant and assist with coffee/meeting services.
• Ensure cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere in dining and tea/coffee areas.
• Assist with hosting internal and external guests and event support.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across the campus.
