Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, and automation.
• Consulting-based approach in previous roles with project management skills.
• Knowledge of Nexthink or competing products is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the MSP and customer.
• Participate in Customer Steering Group meetings for DEX strategy.
• Analyze customer’s business needs and pain areas.
• Coordinate governance calls and quarterly business reviews.
